An interconnected operating model
Luwena Group sits at the trunk of the business, with each division operating as a branch of one Group strategy. Luwena Agriculture produces and aggregates; Luwena Logistics transports; Luwena Legal supports compliance across the Group.
Future divisions extend the same model: Technology may in time enable Group systems, Property may provide facilities, Security Services may protect people and assets, Import and Export may open new markets, and Liquor may develop beverage products — while Mining and Petroleum remain longer-term industrial opportunities.
Divisions are built with reusable structures so that any division which becomes commercially viable can, in time, be incorporated as its own independently governed subsidiary without redesigning the Group.
